When an agent is waiting for you it rings the Approval Bell and walks to that window. It also follows your CI, deploys and calendar, and runs only the actions you have approved. Everything stays on your PC.

  A private snap app for your closest circle, up to 10 friends. Snaps land on a home-screen widget that looks like an ordinary clock, weather or calendar. A tiny yellow dot means one is waiting; three quick taps reveal it, then it hides itself again.

  Calls, snaps and disappearing messages run over live sockets, and the chat wallpaper belongs to the conversation rather than your phone. Built with React, Node.js, Socket.IO and WebRTC, with a native Android app from React Native.

• MetroNow Chennai

  A web app that shows where every Chennai Metro train is and when it will reach your station, across all three lines and 52 stations, in English and Tamil. Built from the official timetable and anonymous rider reports, and written up as a proposal to CMRL and CUMTA and two research papers. metronow-chennai.vercel.app

• Cube Solver

  Python, FastAPI, OpenCV, NumPy, SciPy

  Hold a Rubik's cube up to the camera and it reads each side on its own, fills in a 3D model as it goes, then walks you to solved in about 20 turns, never more than 22. Made for people who have never solved a cube. cube.niranjand.in

• EasyShare

  Java 17, TCP / UDP sockets, Multithreading, SHA-1, HTML

  BitTorrent-style file sharing in plain Java with no external libraries. Files are split into pieces, every piece is SHA-1 checked, and peers download from each other in parallel while still downloading themselves. easyshare-p2p.vercel.app

  An online exam platform built on the assumption that people will try to cheat. The timer runs on the server, so refreshing can't buy extra time, and staff watch live webcam feeds. Built with Flask. exam.niranjand.in
